Commissioning Process

I don't have forms for my commissions, I prefer for it to be a discussion rather than a simple list. Because of this I encourage feedback from the commissioner through each step of the process as applicable. If you prefer to simply be given the final piece that is perfectly fine too but I will not make major adjustments at this time.

Because each commission and commissioner is different I will treat each commission on a case by case basis. I attempt to adjust myself to a commissioners need to provide you with a satisfactory product. I also attempt to finish them in a timely manner however my commitment to quality and personal issues (which I am willing to elaborate on if requested) it may take a longer time than I would like. If I feel the time taken is excessive I will offer a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions apply to all artwork commissioned or purchased from me including artwork that incorporates the work of another artist unless otherwise specified.
- You may not use any artwork you have not purchased
- I retain copyright to all artwork I create, you are given a license to use it, not ownership of it
- My artwork may not be sold/traded/gifted without my permission
- I retain the right to display any commissions, including those using trademarked or copyrighted characters, for portfolio purposes
- I must be credited for my work when and where appropriate
- My signature must remain clearly legible on all of my artwork
- My artwork may not be edited
- You may not earn any gain, whether monetary compensation, virtual currency or other benefits, from my artwork
- My work may not used in association with anything hateful, derogatory, defamatory, illegal or otherwise inappropriate
- If you ever have any questions feel free to ask them at any time

Things I can do:

Any animal (i.e. canines, felines, ungulates, mustelids, ursidae, avians, saurians, amphibians, arthropods, cephalopods, porifera)
Any mythological creature or hybrid (i.e. griffin, dragon, pegasus, kirin)
Humans and humanoids (i.e. furry, anthro, elves, orcs, minotaurs)
Any plant (flowers, grass, trees, moss, cacti, ferns, forests, fruit)
Any anatomical feature (skull, skeleton, hand, antennae, spleen)
Manmade objects (clothing, tools, desserts, weapons)
Most everything

Things you probably shouldn't ask me to do:

Complex machinery
Architecture
Hyper realism
Graphic design

Things I will NOT do:

Anything hateful, defamatory, derogatory, illegal, or the promotion of any such thing
Anything sexy/racy/kinky
Anything gory/excessively violent
Anything using the intellectual property of another without their consent, this includes but is not limited to personal use fonts, movie and film characters, franchise creatures such as pokemon and closed species
Anything I find gross like snot or zombies, because it's gross
Anything that makes me feel morally/ethically uncomfortable

Sketches

Includes concept, rough and regular sketches. Varied sizes, personal and commercial use, digital or graphite. Can be used to create other artwork or as a standalone.

Lineart

Smooth line original lineart or from sketches. Size varies, personal and commercial use, transparent or solid background. Pixel may be available upon request.

Icons

AVAILABLE

100x100 pixel sized smooth digital icons. Single isolated character, shaded or flat colored, bulk discounts available in some currencies. Multiple characters, background and pixel may be available upon request.

50x50 pixel sized smooth digital chat icons. Single character headshot, shaded or flat colored, background or isolated. Fullbody/pixel may be available upon request.
